Jim met my needs even though he knew my needs would cause him alot more work.  He is meticulous on his end and focussed on making my borrowing easy.  It was simple to build a relationship with him amd his team.  Having 1 point of contact makes everything work much smoother. I could not recommend Turning Point more for investors who want to simplify real estate. Both Jim & Scott are extraordinarily knowledgeable, being backed by years of industry experience themselves before being lenders. As a client of theirs not only do I get advice and mentorship on things that I may be a bit weak on, but my lender genuinely has my back in ensuring we’re all making smart investments. The lending process with Jim & Scott is incredibly simple and they work WITH you rather than against you. They work cohesively alongside different title companies and agents.
